To qualify, you must produce and sell edible items on property you own, manage, or farm on Whidbey Island. Non-edible flowers are okay. Arts, crafts, and other non-edible items do not qualify. Value-added products such as jams, jellies, fermented foods, etc. must contain a majority of locally grown (on Whidbey Island) ingredients.
